See your order or individual listings for your specific turnaround time. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. See specific timeframe in your confirmation email.
- Ready-to-Ship items will physically ship within 1-5 business days.
- SHIPPING COSTS: Standard USA Shipping starts at $4.95 for the first Crystal phone grip or badge reel plus $2.00 for each additional item. THREE or more phone grip/badge reel items automatically ship Priority Mail.
- Sticker Only Orders ship for $1.00 in the US and are not tracked. Sticker Tracking can be added here.
- We utilize USPS to ship all orders.
- Once shipped, please allow about 1-10 business days for your order to be delivered in the USA.
- For faster INSURED shipping please select Priority Shipping at check out.**Orders containing 3 or more Crystal pieces are automatically upgraded to Priority Shipping at no additional cost.**
- We also Ship Internationally to countries we are currently allowed to ship to. Shipping starts at $25.00.
Lost Packages:
- As with all on-line shopping there are delivery risks. As a seller and as a consumer we both place our trust with the USPS.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen packages or items. We will attempt to help as best we can, however, for lost/stolen package concerns it is best that you contact your local USPS office for assistance.
