Return/Replacement Policy

  • Please Note: All Sales Are Final. We do not process any exchanges or returns. 
  • We do want you to be 100% Satisfied with your order! In the event of an issue we always encourage you to Contact Us with your order number and details about your concerns. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome, but we WILL do everything we can to work it out in a way that makes your experience magical.  
  • Emails will typically receive a response within 24-48 business hours.
  • If we have made a mistake with your order (We're human and we're sorry!) please Contact Us within 24 hours of your order's delivery time (determined by your provided USPS tracking number), and we will work with you to make it right!
  • For any replacement orders we will utilize standard USPS shipping whenever possible.
  • While we're sure that you're an honest rockstar! We do retain the right to report and refuse future orders for any customer suspected of false or fraudulent claims against A Place to Pixie.
